The Shrine of Remembrance offers engaging and active curriculum-linked programs on a range of themes. Students may also participate in special commemorative ceremonies held throughout the year. Deepen the impact of your visit with our library of classroom resources suitable for all levels from Foundation to VCE.

All Shrine Schools Education programs are provided FREE OF CHARGE. Donations to the Shrine are warmly invited.

Metro Inreach Program

Provides select schools with funding to financially assist with a visit. This program subsidises the cost of a bus to and from the Shrine and your school, and up to two casual relief replacement teachers. Click here to learn more and apply.

 

Remembrance Day Poster Competition

We are now inviting entries from students and classes for the annual Remembrance Day Poster Competition. The theme this year is ‘Symbols of Remembrance’. We are looking for entries that are eye-catching, colourful, imaginative and demonstrate a good understanding of the theme. Please make sure your entry is delivered to the Shrine by Friday 16 September 2016. Click here for further information.
