The HMAS Lismore Association will be joined by Berwick Primary School for the commemorative service. This is part of the Shrine's ongoing 'Adopt an Ex-Service Organisation' program, interested schools can contact the Shrine for further information.

HMAS Lismore was a Bathurst class minesweeper that saw service during the Second World War. In October 2007 a plaque dedicated to HMAS Lismore was unveiled at the Shrine of Remembrance, since then an annual pilgrimage has been held to remember those who served on her.
