The next Friends only event will be a guided military history tour of the Seymour/Puckapunyal Military Heritage Area, on Friday 9th of December 2011. The tour will be departing from the Shrine at 8:30am. This tour will be led by Tim Whitford and David Howell. The tour will include the 2/22nd Memorial, Seymour Light Horse Memorial Park, and the Puckapunyal Tank Museum and morning tea at ANZAC Hill, in the Seymour Lighthorse Memorial Park, We will be having lunch at the Age Good Food Guide rated, Trawool Shed Café located in the historic setting of the Trawool Valley. All transport to and from the Shrine will be provided. We are meeting at the Shrine at 8:30am for a 9am departure. We anticipate having everyone back at the Shrine around 5pm that afternoon. Please ensure that you have photo ID to gain access to the Puckapunyal Military Area.
Bookings are essential and the cost for Friends is $75 and Non-Member $120. We do encourage people to join the program to enable them to receive the discounted Friends only rate.  Places are strictly limited so book early!
