Stories of Remembrance

Air Force, First World War (1914-18)Edward Arthur Winter,

It was only when my cousin in Canberra discovered his file at the AWM that we have been able to find out more of him.

The great-nephews and nieces knew of Edward and he had been killed at Bullecourt, France and was buried at Greviellers Cemetery but our parents spoke very little about him. It was only when my cousin in Canberra discovered his file at the AWM that we have been able to find out more of him. I am hoping to go over to the Western Front next April and visit his grave.
