Enjoy a relaxed family-friendly afternoon of live music by veterans, hosted by ANVAM!

Immerse yourself in a captivating afternoon of performances at the Shrine, with Festival Of Veterans Arts (FOVA24). Hosted by the Australian National Veterans Arts Museum (ANVAM) in the Education Courtyard, this event features performances by veteran musicians such as Cate Taylor, the Airforce Band, Ravenscourt, Jarryd Goundrey, Buzz, and Lachie with friends. 

This event is free for all, so bring a picnic and relish in the diverse array of talents on display! 

Afterwards, join us for our weekly Last Post Service at 4.45pm on the Second World War Forecourt, which includes bugle calls and piper, the Shrine Guard in historic uniform, a wreath-laying, recital of the Ode, and lowering of the flags.

Hosted by the Australian National Veterans Arts Museum (ANVAM), Festival Of Veterans Arts (FOVA24), celebrates the creative lives of veterans through veteran community-focused gatherings and public events from 15–24 March 2024.

The first-of-its-kind initiative aims to engage and support the Veteran Community through the arts, to celebrate veteran artists and explore the value of creativity in the workplace.
