Private Eugene ‘Mickey’ Lovett, a Gunditjmara man from Heywood, Victoria, served in the 3rd Battalion, =Royal Australian Regiment in Korea from 1952 to 1953. His brothers Robert (Bob) and James (Jim) served in the Airforce and Army respectively during the Second World War.
The brothers are among 23 of Hannah and James Lovett's descendants to serve in the Australian Defence Force.
