10.47am | Her Excellency the Governor arrives and inspects Army Guard |
10.54am | RAAF flyover (weather permitting) |
10.55am - 11am | Her Excellency the Governor lays a wreath at the Stone of Remembrance on behalf of the people of Victoria. Recitation of The Ode. Still and Last Post sounded by the Bugler |
11am | One minute's silence |
11.07am | Remembrance Day Address by Her Excellency the Governor, followed by wreath laying |
11.27am | National anthem. Pigeons are released from the Upper Balcony of the Shrine monument |
11.30am | Ceremony concludes |
12pm | The natural ray of light illuminates the Stone of Remembrance in the Sanctuary |
