Join us at week's close to honour those who have served and sacrificed so that we may enjoy our lives of relative peace, comfort and freedom.

Each Sunday we pause to remember a different event from Australia's military history. We remember the men and women who took part in those events, and the lives lost or forever changed.

This week marks the beginning of Australian involvement in the Korean War. On 22 October 1950, Australian soldiers engaged in their first battle of the Korean War. We commemorate the courage and dedication of all Australians who served in Korea, and pay tribute to the sacrifices made in the defence of freedom.

Shrine Representative:

  • Shrine Governor. Mohammed Abdur Rahman
