This service honours the Second World War veterans of the Ex-Soviet Union.
We honour the service and sacrifice of those Victorians who came to Australia from the Ex-Soviet Union and were involved in the Second World War. We also remember 80 years since the end of the Second World War, and the sacrifices that helped bring victory and freedom to all.
