Every year, on 11 November at 11 am – the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month – we pause to remember those men and women who have served and those who have died in all wars and peacekeeping operations.
Remembrance Day marks the moment the guns fell silent on the Western Front at the end of the First World War - the first moment of peace in four years. Now, more than ever, we hold peace close to our hearts. Join us in the hope that the fragile peace hard won by generations past endures for generations to come.
