Every year, on 11 November at 11 am - the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month - we pause to remember those men and women who have died or suffered in all wars, conflicts and peace operations.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. As the world welcomed peace, thousands returned home to much fanfare, and their loved ones. Thousands more never made the journey home.
While we are unable to mark this year’s Remembrance Day by gathering together at the Shrine, we invite you to honour the memory of homecoming, reunion and sacrifice and join us online for a commemorative broadcast.
Our services are streamed via Facebook, but you do not need to be a member to view.
